The Auto Show environment is professional yet relaxed, informative, friendly and supportive. Supportive to you as a client and within their own team. We were asked what they could do to help us with choosing a vehicle, each took the time to listen to us and then either help or find another member of the team to assist or take over a particular area of specialty. Never pressuring, always patient, offering relevant advice and solutions when needed. We ended up extremely happy with the vehicle we purchased and a positive memory of the process. We visited Auto Show to look at 2 vehicles that were in their inventory and had a tough time deciding because both were competitively priced. We appreciated the advice of the Auto Show team to help us in our decision and have no regrets. Reid was extremely welcoming, got the process started and the test drives set up, Kale ended up talking with us probably way longer than any sales representative should have to but never showed it. He just kept answering question after question with a smile. Tyler made painstaking notes to present all the financial options and make sure we ended up with a plan that worked best for us. All three walked us to our new vehicle and thanked us for our business with handshakes. Kale, thanks for watching to see that I didn't leave right away and checking in to make sure I was set up in my new ride before leaving the lot. Today's nasty Winnipeg weather was a great day to test the new vehicle and I was all set thanks to you! I am not a social media posting type of person but you three made it impossible not to want to tell everyone to go to Auto Show even if just thinking about purchasing a vehicle.
