He gave him support and that, in turn, gave our son the confidence he needed to make his first car purchase. To be honest, we would not even consider shopping anywhere else as we have been treated so well by the sales staff, service department (Jeff H. always does an outstanding job!) and the management, especially Tim H.! (It is also worth mentioning that HMP is a huge supporter of many groups, schools and charities that help make our community a great place to raise a family!). Justin P. in sales was very patient as we weighed our options for different vehicles and trim levels. He was never in a hurry or made us feel pressured, and he even offered to deliver the vehicle to my wife's workplace when the winter tires could not be installed immediately due to the number of customers getting their winter tires on. (The first snowfall of the season coincided with the day we were picking up my wife's Equinox!) All in all, we are extremely happy with the service that we have received at HMP time and time again. Although there was 1 dealership that offered me a demo with a few more options for about the same price; I chose to go with HMP. The reason I went with HMP was Justin Parker. I was already sold on the Cruze. Justin sold me on the dealership. I dealt with all dealerships via email. Having never met Justin; his email correspondence was always prompt and courteous. Full of helpful information without the slightest hint of pressure. When I met Justin in person; he did not disappoint. He was just as friendly and helpful as he was in his emails. I was totally comfortable with everything. He made the process so easy. Justin totally "customer appreciation". I must also say a few words about Susan Riddel from finance. I came expecting and prepared for high pressure extras sales pitch. I was floored to find that Susan was as nice as everyone else at the dealership. She thoroughly explained my options and left me to make my own decisions. Thank you Justin. Thank you Susan. Thank you HMP.
