Explained everything to the level that i needed it explained and was not the stereotypical "salesman". Never felt pressured into anything when dealing with him. Matt was great and i didn't get as much pressure as i was expecting to purchase extras. There was a typo on the milage on my extended warranty form from what i had thought i was purchasing, but when i went back to the dealership Matt fixed it right away, no questions or disagreements. Also met with an accessories person (cannot recall his name - Sorry) that was great at explaining what options they offered and the benefits drawbacks of the different versions of the equipment. I prebooked a test drive online, and Gage was quick with responses to my questions. All the accessories were installed with no misalignment and look great. Overall, a great experience. More
