not at all satisfied I was not treated with respect by the finance person , had a lot of extras on the invoice that I did not want, IE: extended warranty , the wax protec I was not treated with respect by the finance person , had a lot of extras on the invoice that I did not want, IE: extended warranty , the wax protectant , etc , I did not want to have that cost added on the vehicle ,but yet was pressured into it by Kein ,as he said it would cost 3 time more for the warranty if I waited till the new vehicle warranty was up. I should have called off the deal right there and then , but I did not . I will NEVER buy another vehicle from CAPITAL ever again , and I tell every one ,that I talk to of the screw job I got at Capital GMC More
