"Thank you again for fixing my strange electrical dead-battery problem by insisting your battery expert replace my key fob battery even though his test unit lighted up green. That problem had been driving me nuts for many months. Now, thanks to you, my 2005 Corvette starts right away every time, even after days of non-use." More

Happy I had a major problem with my vehicle overheating. I went to Budds' with my problem and Juan Orozco my service guy (I really mean my service guy when I had a major problem with my vehicle overheating. I went to Budds' with my problem and Juan Orozco my service guy (I really mean my service guy when it comes to my Equinox} There were major problems with my vehicle and it took some time to discover the problem. I was totally impressed with Juan's manager (Shane) who got directly involved and I even got to talk to my mechanic (Kerry) about my problem.END result -- problem resolved! I was very impressed with him and his professionalism. The jobs done to my Saab completely fixed the problems (1. The PCV replacement to fix the smell of oil when the blower was turned on. 2. The Direct Ignition Cassette replacement to fix the engine misfire, etc.). And, the price was fair. Previously I was going to another Saab specialist but now I will be coming to your location because I feel your staff can take good care of my Saab and take time to explain and suggest different options. The waiting area was clean with plenty coffee provided and I noticed I was able to work from there with the free wifi. Lastly, I appreciated the complimentary car, too! Thank you!
