I purchased a 2023 Nissan Altima on 10/12/24. I worked with Juan Garcia. Juan was great and very helpful with working over the phone with someone frim VA. He was fast and efficient. The dealer fees which included preparing and inspecting the car as well as the document fees were high but I moved forward with the purchase since the car had 2500 miles. This vehicle was a certified Nissan vehicle which meant it had a 7 yr warranty from the date it was first purchased back around 11/2023. When i signed the paperwork with Adonis Melenciano he had told me he would send the paperwork proving the vehicle was certified by Nissan on 10/14/24. After leaving a couple of voicemails and emails, i have yet to receive the paperwork as if 10/21/24. I went through Nissan of North America instead to get the paper work. I am not sure why Mr. Melenciano did not respond or meet his obligation to me but it was a dissapointment. I would still recommend purchasing a vehicle from Nissan of the Bronx but make sure before you leave you get all the paper work sent or given to you. Thank you! More

Adonis Melenciano was very professional, articulate, knowledgeable and was able to address any questions or concerns I had regarding financing. Leslie Dedona in the service department assisted me when I needed an issue resolved with the new vehicle. She is 100 % service orientated and always followup to keep me informed about the status of my service. I witnessed how she serviced other customers and was impressed by her mannerism, kindness, efficiency and professionalism. I am always satisfied with the service and deals I receive, and always walking out with a smile. The service, kindness and professionalism is commendable. It makes it that much harder to even consider leasing elsewhere. More
