Negotiations on price were fair and well explained. Having done our research, they came in at the lowest cost. We knew what we wanted in terms of options, and they did not try to sell us more. We got what we wanted,for the price we wanted,and to top it off, they prepped the new van so that we could take it with us that afternoon. Since we live out of town, they saved us 3 hours of driving the next day. They went out of their way, as a team, to make the experience seamless and fast. I had met Josh a few months earlier at a social function whereupon after learning he was working for a dealership I mentioned to him that iIwas looking for a used Mazda 3 with a Skyactive engine. 2 months later I received a call form Josh letting me know that one had arrived at the dealership. I went to the dealership to look at the car and was very impressed with Josh's knowledge of the car and the fact that he had remembered our conversation.
