I went last year to test drive Elantra and Tucson but I wasn't ready to commit as I was considering other vehicles at that time. What I like about this dealership is that they are not pushy. Fast forward 2017, I went back to see Joseph and I'm glad I did. Joseph made my buying experience smooth and easy. He's a kind and nice gentleman. He listens and explain things in a calm and understandable manner. He replies promptly - be it a phone call, email, or text messages. When i picked up my Elantra 2017, he gave me a detailed orientation of the car features. The Finance Manager that I dealt with was Heather. She's nice and she helped me understand the products in detail. Because I did my assignment before the purchase, I came in knowing what I want and she made the process a lot easier. She too was patient and answered my questions promptly. Joseph and Heather made my car buying experience very comfortable.
