I had the pleasure of calling Manly Honda Service and speaking with Jose. During my very brief interaction with Jose he was polite, efficient and his phone etiquette was flawless. I called to get a new key fob and the receptionist said i had to get the recall done at the same time by law. Unbelievably inconvenient, especially when I get there and I'm told there is no recall!!! My serv had to get the recall done at the same time by law. Unbelievably inconvenient, especially when I get there and I'm told there is no recall!!! My service advisor. Lucia, was super nice and helpful Update: Based on the incredible response from Manly about my complaint, I am changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars, because I could tell how much Jose cared and wanted to make this right. Very rare these days to get such excellent customer service!! Thanks, Jose!! More
