I recently had an excellent experience buying my new 2024 GMC Denali Diesel 3500 HD from Sherwood Buick GMC . Jordan S. (sales manager) was exceptional leading the deal and ensuring my needs were met. Nol GMC Denali Diesel 3500 HD from Sherwood Buick GMC . Jordan S. (sales manager) was exceptional leading the deal and ensuring my needs were met. Nolan G. did a great job explaining finance, maintenance and warranty options. And, Sheldon H. was very helpful delivering the truck - showing me its many outstanding hi-tech and other features. The team helped me with insightful knowledge, and were accommodating of my schedule - even when it may have been "after hours" for them. Every one was exceptionally customer oriented. The Sherwood Buick GMC dealership itself was also refreshing - more like a party than a stogie car sales office ! More

Warning: Fraudulent Practices and Lack of Accountability. Sherwood GMC selling Accidentally Cars with clear Carfax. I want to warn potential car buyers to stay away from Sherwood GMC due to their fraudulent practices and lack of accountability. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased a 2022 Dodge Charger GT from them in March, only to discover after a month and a half that one of the doors was not original and the paint had started peeling off. It seems like they replaced original door with after market door and then paint it and sold the car to me.This indicates that they sold me a car that had been in an accident, despite the clear Carfax report they provided. Shocked and disappointed, I immediately reached out to the dealership via email to address the issue. To my dismay, I waited patiently for three weeks, but my efforts were met with silence and complete disregard. Fed up with the lack of communication, I made the long journey from Winnipeg to Edmonton to visit the dealership in person. During my visit, I had a conversation with the manager, Jordan Smith. Initially, he seemed understanding and sympathetic to my concerns, offering a potential solution: a trade-in for a similar vehicle at the same price. This gave me a glimmer of hope that the dealership was willing to rectify the issue and find a fair resolution. Unfortunately, my hope quickly turned to disappointment. Despite waiting for over a month with no updates, I was informed that the trade-in option was no longer available. To my utter disappointment, I waited for over a month, eagerly anticipating updates on the trade-in process, but to no avail. Frustrated, I proposed an alternative solution: repainting the door with the original color and compensating me for the price I paid versus the value of the car in its current state. Jordan Smith assured me he would discuss this with his senior manager. To my dismay, another week passed without any response from the dealership. I took the initiative to message Jordan Smith for an update on their decision, When I finally managed to speak with their representative, was shocked to learn that they were no longer willing to take responsibility for the non original door thats paint is peeling off, despite their initial assurance during my visit to the dealership. I felt deceived and betrayed by their sudden change in stance. I cannot stress enough how important it is to avoid GMC Sherwood at all costs. They initially agreed to solutions, only to deny any responsibility later on. This inconsistency in their actions and the lack of transparency are clear indicators of their dishonest practices. They are selling Accidentally Cars with clear Car-fax.Avoid this dealership at all costs. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and financial loss. Please learn from my unfortunate encounter and steer clear of this dealership. They are not to be trusted. Their deceptive practices, lack of accountability, and unethical behavior have left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. More

I was looking for a used truck and called the dealership. I ended up talking to Sheldon Hennig who was really great. I was looking at a used truck under $25,000 and had a couple vehicles picked out. Sheldon I ended up talking to Sheldon Hennig who was really great. I was looking at a used truck under $25,000 and had a couple vehicles picked out. Sheldon directed me to my first choice. I had worked in the industry before and the service Sheldon gave me was the same as if I was buying a $100K vehicle. Top marks for everything from the test drive to delivery. The whole process was great and done on my timeline. Both Sheldon and Jennifer Roy in finance were professional and gave me a far better experience than I was expecting. If you are looking for a new or newer vehicle, I would highly recommend the dealership and in particular, Sheldon Hennig. More
