My husband bought a Tahoe from them, four months later there is a transmission issue. Now they won't call him back three days later on any answers. Theres no mentioning of warranty in his package even tho there is a transmission issue. Now they won't call him back three days later on any answers. If you want to feel like you're on the set of The Fast and Furious this is the place to be: a dozen fancy cars crammed in the show room, thumping music blaring from the speakers, cryptic messages/announce and Furious this is the place to be: a dozen fancy cars crammed in the show room, thumping music blaring from the speakers, cryptic messages/announcements sporadically rolling over the intercom, and probably every single salesperson on staff milling around (sometimes clustered in groups). Walking in there with a winter coat on I felt the need to tuck everything in tight for fear of scratching a car as I tried to maneuvre my way to the sales desk - so many cars packed in there that you can't comfortably browse or admire. The music was so loud I could barely hear anything being said to me on the showroom floor. And, while I was a little early for my appointment, and you can't control how long other people take, the wait for my salesman was longer than it should have been. (I was on the verge of approaching someone else to help me when Jason finally got to me.) Initially the raport was very positive: Jason was up front about the work that was going to be needed on the truck I was looking at, and seemed to accept it when I told him I would not be walking away with a vehicle that day. However, as our appointment progressed he started leaning for a commitment to purchase. Instant turn-off, and another strike against this dealership. More

I purchased a new Silvereado from Sherwood Park Chevrolet in 2016. Jordan early went the extra mile on putting together a very competitively priced deal and since then has assisted me getting service on a ve in 2016. My wife and I were looking for preowned truck and we thought we found one here. The truck was a stunner but it turned out that our needs didn’t match how great the truck was( we found a great Silverado thought we found one here. The truck was a stunner but it turned out that our needs didn’t match how great the truck was( we found a great Silverado, but needed a ‘beater type’ truck, 😕). Aaron(?) the general manager got in touch with me even though we didn’t end up buying a vehicle. Bought a used 2019 GMC Sierra from SPC back in September. Got it for a pretty good deal, along with a parts credit I ended up using for steps and winter tires. Ryan Ayotte is an excellent salesman who actually follows through with customer service. I ended up having an issue with the truck and Ryan and his management team slowly but surely got to the bottom of the issue, working out coverage for the repairs and whatnot. It took around a month to get it settled, but the sales department was informative and helpful. I'd like to say they did not forget about me as a customer (as other dealerships have done), even after they already made the sale. However, I do believe the service department needs some restructuring, as the staff I dealt with were less than stellar with their attitude and service. I was charged for a leak test that I should not have been charged for and was treated like just another number by Peter Scott. No ounce of customer service in the "service" department. One bad apple, etc. It was later refunded to me, but the headache with the thought of footing a large repair bill due to his attitude was stress I could have done without, especially after purchasing a new (to me) truck. In addition to that, the service manager was also quite dismissive (can't be bothered to remember her name) when I came in to get the truck repaired. I was told to check in with her and was told, "You don't need me for that; any of the other service advisors can help you". Overall a good experience in purchasing a vehicle here. See Ryan if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. I'd avoid the service department if you can. More
