I had a light come on 14 days after purchase. Contacted Lake Chevrolet and got my car in to look at. It was a pricy fix estimate $1300 fix. Of course I feel this should have been fixed. Under Contacted Lake Chevrolet and got my car in to look at. It was a pricy fix estimate $1300 fix. Of course I feel this should have been fixed. Under 30 days I owned the car. Manager of car dealership and service let me know I would pay half. Come to bill I paid $700 and the total cost was just under $1100. I felt I was over charges as I paid over half the bill. I felt the service was not great. Of course I am upset but they were not empathetic or customer friendly. Poor I left feeling deflated by your people. You never know what a person is going through. Remember that. More

Was overcharged for my oil change at the register. When I told him that wasn’t the price i was quoted the previous day, he apologized and changed it. Glad i spoke up. The waiting area is beautifully decorated and very clean as well as the restrooms! The complementary beverages are a very nice touch. Four star rating because my oil change took almost 2 hours although i had an appointment but i love the customer service here More

I called at 8am to schedule an appointment and was scheduled for that morning. My car was finished shortly after noon, only 4 hours later. This is impressive work.
