I thought the dealer training about the vehicle was well done by Ryan. Prior to making the deal i hadn't realized that ruberized floor mats weren't included in the purchase. This was a shock as this was by far the most expensive car I have ever bought and the provision of ruberized, custom mats was as basic as the winter plug in. Not to mention the provision was a given in my previous half dozen purchases of new vehicles from other dealerships. More
