My Best experience When I go to a dealership to buy a vehicle, I know what I want and what I 'm willing to pay, and I'm up front about it during the negotiations. I judge the salespeople and the dealership on how long it takes them to realize I'm serious. Robin and Piyush were quick to realize I was serious, and they put in the effort to convince the "back room boys". So I did get the vehicle I wanted at the price I was willing to pay, and they (Robin and Piyush) were unfailingly upbeat and courteous throughout. As was Jona, who helped work the angles so they could meet my price. I was so impressed with them that when I picked up my vehicle, I brought my wife and helped her buy a new car as well, at a good price. When I discovered my new vehicle did not have a block heater (a winter necessity where I live), Robin and Piyush made arrangements to have it installed at no charge. Courteous and very helpful staff, and two very good deals. It's the best car buying experience I've ever had. More
