One of the best car purchasing experiences, in our tactical business relationship, ever. Macrocsopically, there were a few disconnects, that, while not game-stoppers, do contribute to that 1% that differentiate Casey from all others. The car was not ready for me at pickup time - battery charging was not complete; minus the Genius experience, which was good, I spent an additional 2-plus hours in the store, before I was ready to depart. I love all of these folks, but there seemed to be a slight disconnect in between process steps. Sales manager was great. The finance guy was great….the people worked with the process they had. Lastly, I forwarded an email that I would have loved be shared with the people working on the assembly line…..to connect their efforts to delivering a wonderful car to a customer they did not know. My intention was to close that gap….my own leadership experience tells me that this matters when it comes to job satisfaction. More

I have purchased many cars in my life and Alex made these purchases by far the most transparent and comfortable. He was truly amazing. The whole Casey experience was great. The receptionist, the salesman Matthew, sales manager Dennis ALL Rude and unprofessional. Asked for the out the door price for a used vehicle seeing if there is any negotiation. Matthew says nobody is going to drive a hour from Va beach without knowing the price. Started talking numbers and let them know the family is in the car dealership business and his reply was well do you have 7 lots like Casey. Sales manager Dennis refused to speak after several times asking. Was ready to purchase this car from them but the way I was treated I will look elsewhere. Will never recommend this dealership! More
