He kept me updated on my vehicle and when it would be ready for me to pick up. He explained all of the details of my car, as there were new features that I was not familiar with. As well, the car was so nice and clean. I bought my first car from Capital Dodge some 39 years ago. The Customer Service back in the 70's, was just as good which is why I am a repeat Customer. I bought a jeep, sight unseen, from them as I am 6hrs away, and it was the only Gecko jeep we could find left. Got a great price from Jon. Matt picked up my family and I at the train station, and drove u away, and it was the only Gecko jeep we could find left. Got a great price from Jon. Matt picked up my family and I at the train station, and drove us back to the dealership. Great PR work, and a very friendly guy. We noticed a flaw in the paint, but Jon ordered touch up paint for us n/c. We stayed in Ottawa a couple of days (beautiful city, Jon helped us find a hotel) and after driving home, noticed there was no key for the wheel locks. I sent Jon an email, and got the key by purolator a few days later. The only other issue would be the guys who detailed the jeep missed a few spots,(the jeep was new, but built over a year prior) but overall a great experience. More
