I happened upon John by complete accident and I’m really glad I did ! Not only did I put in a deposit that very day but walked away with the exact make and model I had wanted at a very good price. He was accommodating throughout the entire process and let me know exactly what I needed to do. He is knowledgeable, with a good attention for detail and was able to answer all my questions. He’s got a great attitude and made me feel very comfortable even though I was nervous about going into the dealership alone for the first time. I highly recommend him and would to all my friends and family. I used another person with a previous sale at the same location, he’s no longer there but working with John made me realize what a difference good service could make. If you want someone who will go the extra mile and make your experience buying or leasing your car a good one, I would go with John. I had been shopping around for a Jeep Rubicon for a month or so. Visited a few dealerships and came away with a not very good taste in my mouth. With being shuffled between sales staff and not told the entir or so. Visited a few dealerships and came away with a not very good taste in my mouth. With being shuffled between sales staff and not told the entire truth about pricing, It was not a good experience. Walked in to Ontario Chrysler and met John. He had found me the vehicle I wanted at a fair price and we made a deal within an hour. 3 days later I was driving it. John is an experienced guy with deep product knowledge and a friendly attitude. He does what he says he is going to do for you. Made the whole experience great. I would have no hesitation to recommend John and Ontario Chrysler to anyone, and I will! More
