Deceptive practices by the sales side: -Images on the website are not even the same ones as being sold (images show spoilers when its not even available in canada) -Sales will lie about vehicle features website are not even the same ones as being sold (images show spoilers when its not even available in canada) -Sales will lie about vehicle features if they do not know. -Features advertised as standard are not standard. -Parts and sales both have no clue about accessories for the vehicles. Took days to get answers on items advertised by hyundai. -Dealer fees, As stated on the window stickers admin fees should not exceed a certain amount, however stated on our bill of sale we paid almost 2x the amount quoted. The dealer tells me this is just other fees on that line and not really admin fees, but come on, you are a massive dealer get the forms with the proper verbage. To anyone looking from the outside they are admin fees. Then there is the service department. I had to follow up and call more than 6 times to get a badge fixed on a $40K vehicle as it was falling off on the lot. Not once did they call me, only once I got the GM involved it was fixed within days. AND MOST IMPORTANT -We agreed on a bi weekly payment, even signed papers stating that was the case and once vehicle arrived payment went up quite a bit. (other reviews tell me this is more common practice than it should be.) The prices might appear lower online at this dealership, but subpar service, lies, and deception is all you really get. More

Very good atmosphere. No pushy sales people. Lots of inventory for what we wanted to buy. No pushy sales people. Lots of inventory for what we wanted to buy. More
