I've been driving for 60 years and can honestly say that John Hartman is the very best service advisor I have ever had! With John, going the extra mile seems to be his starting point--he went far beyond th John Hartman is the very best service advisor I have ever had! With John, going the extra mile seems to be his starting point--he went far beyond that when I recently faced a difficult repair. He took the time to really understand the problem, bring in other team members and even speak to Subaru of America on my behalf to make sure the issue was resolved in the best way possible. Kate Bateman in Service, and Rob, the service technician, are 2 other employees who helped make this great outcome. Less important, but noteworthy, the physical plant is clean modern, and comfortable, so if you' re waiting for your service to be complete, it's a nice place to hang out. Highly, highly recommend!!! More

Just wanted to say how much I love my Glanzmann Subaru gang! Sam is the best! I can always count on him to get me in there and provide me with updates while my car is being worked on. Service is hit and miss with the excuse we are short staffed heard too often. Car is never ready when promised and received no communication from service advisor that my car wasn't going to be ready on staffed heard too often. Service manager could also try and be more pleasant. More

John is great. I took my car in for service. It was early in the day and I misunderstood about where I was supposed to wait for the loaner vehicle. John came and fo I took my car in for service.
