The vehicle was delivered with everything done that we had agreed to, and Jaime took as much time as we needed to go through the many features and options of the truck. John (Finance Manager) patiently walked us through all the paperwork, and again there were no surprises or pressure to upsell us anything - he explained the options for extending the warranty and then let us decide.
