Tom Nguyen Bought a used 2017 highlander, got it with tpms light on, rear wiper not working, a clunk when coming to a stop, and also a groaning noise while drivin I've now owned it for two weeks and h tpms light on, rear wiper not working, a clunk when coming to a stop, and also a groaning noise while drivin I've now owned it for two weeks and have dropped it off to them on a couple of occasions and they replaced the wheel bearing which fixed the groaning noise. From my research the knuckle needs to get removed to press out and in a new bearing and when doing so an alignment is needed to straighten out the steering wheel again. BUT now I am left with a new concern which is a bit nerve racking with my driver front brakes are grinding and leaving a big deep grooved ring in the rotor since they replaced the bearing and the steering wheel is off center and the car still clunks when stopping. The metal coming off the rotor is sitting on the rim and the rim is turning rust brown. I haven't caused a scene or been aggressive. Just openly asked to see if they would help me or not in this situation. Really just asking to get it fixed that's all. I have emailed pics to them literally a day after picking it up with no support to take care of anymore issues that has come up after they did the repairs. Was confident in buying from a dealer but guess in my case it wasn't any better than a private used car lot. I will have to source my own parts and shop to repair it now even though I just got this car from them. So for me my experience not so good. I understand I bought a used car. Maybe its because its not a chrysler product and they don't know how to work on them. just assumed that all safety matters would've been addressed that's all More

Buyer beware. First off, they didn't do a proper PDI on my truck. They missed a big scratch on hood. And overlook a cut in wheel liner. Which they should have noticed when they did a half xxx job undercoating it. Had it there 3 times and everything I left truck rode worse or made more noise. Between not being able to balance the tires. To installing the wheel flare and it crunching all the way home because it was put on wrong which the screw holes were off an inch. And they bent quarter panel in the process. Truck has 5000 km and still shifting hard and crunching with every bump. But they say it just needs to be broke in. I will never go back there. I am a most unhappy customer. And dealing with FCA is a waste of time Warlock is Junk junk junk. Never again. Spend the Money on a ford. More
