Collision Centre at its best. Brought my Lexus in to the Ken Shaw Lexus Collision Centre for body shop repairs after being damaged by a hit-and-run driver. My insurance company Brought my Lexus in to the Ken Shaw Lexus Collision Centre for body shop repairs after being damaged by a hit-and-run driver. My insurance company wanted me to bring it to a local body shop near my house but I insisted that I bring it to Ken Shaw Lexus even though it was a 40 minute drive away. I had bought my car there as a pre-owned vehicle about a year ago. John was the first to greet me and immediately took a look at the damage. He assured me that he will take good care of the repairs and would bring it back to OEM-like condition. During the process while my car was in the body shop, we had to deal with issues with the insurance company and I don’t have enough words in this review to show my appreciation and gratitude for John and his team. During the whole process, John was very patient and made sure he kept me updated on the status of the repairs even though I knew the body shop was very busy and that I was not the only customer. Just picked up my ‘new’ Lexus back from the body shop and I am extremely happy with the workmanship and that John did exactly what he promised me he would do on day one. Even on the final pick-up day, their body shop team members stepped up and took care of some last minute fixes that I noticed only because I am a very detailed oriented person. Nothing big but they still fixed it with no questions asked. What I got was a repaired car that I now love even more, but Ken Shaw Lexus gained a customer and ambassador for life. Happy Lexus car owner. More

Outstanding Customer Service & Experience I was involved in an auto collision on Sep 29 (not at fault). Although my insurance company recommended that I take our Lexus RX 350 to their preferre I was involved in an auto collision on Sep 29 (not at fault). Although my insurance company recommended that I take our Lexus RX 350 to their preferred auto body shop, I insisted on taking to Ken Shaw for repair for full peace of mind and I trusted Ken Shaw will restore my vehicle to pre-accident condition. That was absolutely the right decision made! Paul and Diane from the collision team was very helpful though the process from dealing with insurance to the repair/replace bumper and lights. I was very pleased with the paint/body work done. I noticed a warning light and hood lift issue after picking up the vehicle. I brought my concerns to the Danny Jamal (GM) attention and Danny responded very swiftly and introduced John Bennett to address my concerns. I brought the car back in the dealership the next day and received a complementary rental car. Warning light and hood Issues were fixed on the same day at no costs. That was a true testament of professionalism and excellent customer service. I highly recommend anyone looking for a car, service or body repairs to go to Ken Shaw! More

I phoned the Ken Shaw Lexus Dealership from the side of the highway after my accident despite the intense pressure from the tow truck driver to tow my Lexus RX350 to his body shop. Hartley was extremely helpful & professional and even stayed late to wait for me to be towed there. Once I arrived he had my car processed & a Lexus courtesy car ready for me. Hartley worked with the insurance company making sure they were aware of all damage (the adjustor was called in twice) & inspected the entire vehicle for any other problems it had. There was some rust on the inside of my door that he had repaired while my SUV was out of commission. The cost of that to me was minimal because it was already at the body shop. My insurance company didn't approve of the luxury replacement car but the manager, John Bennett, allowed me to keep the car at the dealership's expense. After it was fixed, Hartley & John arranged to get me a spare Faab key covered under warranty and while I was in the service department getting the Faab programmed John noticed a recall on my brake pedal that hadn't been completed. (I had been taking my SUV to another mechanic for maintenance). The recall was completed within 45 minutes while I waited in the lounge, equipped with a full body massage chair! Not only were the staff fantastic to deal with but my SUV is in perfect shape now with no problems at all. There was extensive damage to the entire rear end of the vehicle and it was repaired with no water leaks or squeaks and extras added in to improve the appearance of the RX350. This was an overall fantastic experience, I will take my car back to Ken Shaw Lexus Dealership for regular maintenance now. More
