I really appreciated the assistance I got from John and TJ while considering purchasing. John went out of his way to supply the questions I had. He even took it upon himself to totally remove the snow and TJ while considering purchasing. John went out of his way to supply the questions I had. TJ’s perspective regarding the importance of being able to install a kayak rack on the truck bed was appreciated. When I had an issue with my vehicle, the used car sales manager picked me up in his personal vehicle and got me to the dealership, arranged a tow truck to pick up my vehicle and got me into a loaner within 2 hours I went from stranded to on my way. A.M. the service manager was on top of the repair and had it completed the next day. Wonderful people!!! Far cry from the horror stories of 10 years ago. More

I was recently in the market for a new(used) vehicle after accepting a job that required a long commute. I described the vehicle I was looking for and the price. Out of the huge selection on the lot, John showed me the vehicles that best fit my use case, all the while being extremely knowledgeable and patient. After finding the perfect car, I was brought back inside to Dhimitri, where I was expecting to do the old sales dance. However, I was unexpectedly surprised. Dhimitri gave me the exact deal I was looking for, and I ended up buying that day!!! If you're like me and stubborn about finding the best deals, save yourself the time and go see Dhimitri and John!
