Every time I go in for service I'm greeted by my name. They have you drive into the garage where they initiate the repair process. No parking your vehicle out in a lot and wondering if they even know you' They have you drive into the garage where they initiate the repair process. No parking your vehicle out in a lot and wondering if they even know you're there. On the lengthy servicing they will give you an update and let you know of any issues. They let you know of any unexpected work and get your immediate input. The customer waiting room is comfortable with a Kuerig beverage maker, a cell phone charger with five leads, and a water dispenser. There is also a television and reading material. There are a couple of vending machines nearby.. The quality of their service work is totally top shelf. I have dealt with Arlen numerous times and he and his contemporaries are total professionals and they are very nice people. You really can't ask for any more in a service facility. More

I have a fleet vehicle and use the service for maintenance on my vehicles. In the past, I used a ford dealership for the repairs that is a lot closer to my house in Erie. I stopped going there bec maintenance on my vehicles. In the past, I used a ford dealership for the repairs that is a lot closer to my house in Erie. I stopped going there because I always felt like I was an inconvenience to them. They would fight with me almost every time about how they were going to be paid (they bill through the ford fleet plan), they were rude and just made me feel like my business was a burden to them. I started going to Bob Fernando once I moved back to Erie. Their service shop has been so easy to deal with. I have never felt once like I was a burden or an inconvenience. Everyone has been super friendly and approachable. The difference in customer service has been night and day. would recommend them! More
