Amazing service from sales to service. Had some issues with my truck and they took care of me from start to finish. Kim Finn went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Joey is very unprofessional. I was asking if I could bring my car in to get a trade-in value Him - I can certainly assist you with your vehicle appraisal when you arrive for I was asking if I could bring my car in to get a trade-in value Him - I can certainly assist you with your vehicle appraisal when you arrive for your 9AM. Please visit us in the Sales Department and ask for myself. Me - did not have a 9am appointment and your email was sent at 853 that's not a reasonable time No response. I emailed them again, no response. I emailed them letting them know I was coming in for a tire change over asking if I could get a trade-in value. No response. However power lane people are awesome, 10/10 More
