I want to preface this by saying I have bought 3 brand new vehicles from here in the past 10 years. I also recommended them to everyone I know and know a few who did end up purchasing there. So, I was a l new vehicles from here in the past 10 years. I also recommended them to everyone I know and know a few who did end up purchasing there. So, I was a loyal customer. Until this vehicle I just bought. I will never buy another vehicle from here and I highly recommend avoiding it. I now assume I only had good experiences because my vehicles didn't come with an issue so I didn't have to deal with the service department or management. I ordered an Expedition Limited Max, which arrived in November, when we picked it up, it had a scratch on it. Which is just the start of the issues with it. We are still dealing with this 7 months later. The first issue is a mixture of the scratch and the windshield. They sent the car to CSN Burton's to get fixed. They fixed the scratch but while transporting it they put a chip in the windshield. So they ordered a new windshield and Burton's was to install it. Only Burton's winds installer didn't show up so they transported the windshield in my car to another shop across the city without telling us. In order to transport the windshield, they unlatched the back seats where we have 2 car seats, this put my children in danger because the seats were now in an unsafe position without us knowing until we pushed down on them. In addition to that, the windshield was installed off center and they scratched the a-pillar. Then the a-pillar needed to be replaced. City Ford had all this information and we heard nothing for 4 months until WE reached out to them. In that time we got a scratch in the door from someone else who didn't leave a note. Now my brand new vehicle will NEVER be new because of all these mistakes. After finally getting our windshield centered it came back with over 10 new pits. Which no one wants to take responsibility for and are blaming us. When I know for a fact there was only 2 and now there's 12. The second issue is how our mudflaps were installed. The mudflaps were installed using hardware that started rusting immediately, this caused rust stains on the stainless components of the mudflaps. The installer also cut sizable pieces of the fender liners (3 in x 4 in) on both sides when it only required 1/4 in holes for the 2 bolts to pass through. The installation was substandard and cutting unnecessary. The third issue is how much we've missed because of these issues. My husband missed DAYS of working dealing with this because they wouldn't give us a loaner vehicle so he had to drive into the city with me to these places to drop off the car and wait for it to be ready. That's income we can't get back now. It also became a huge inconvenience with our kids activities/appointments. The fourth is the awful customer service we feel we've received. For this whole thing to last OVER 6 months is outrageous and it still isn't dealt with as of right now. They won't take responsibility because it's 'other shops' which is true however when you partner with shops (no matter how many), they become your responsibility. To place the blame on literally anyone else so you don't have to be accountable is also outrageous and unprofessional. The owner of city ford initially refused to meet with us because she felt it was being handled well even though I clearly didn't, which is terrible customer service. They should want to make it right so they did eventually let me speak to the owner. We have had to reach out every time. They have said they'll get back to us numerous times and never do. The most expensive vehicle I have ever bought has been the most disappointing, frustrating vehicle purchase I've ever made. A purchase that large should not make me feel more upset. It should be exciting. It should at least be flawless for one day and it never has been and never will be because of the lack of accountability and willingness to work with me. So now I will never recommend here. Nor will I buy another vehicle here. More

Tim absolutely rocked the sale of my new-to-me ford Ranger! I had been shopping around for a while, visited lots of unpleasant dealerships and as soon as I pulled up to city ford I felt welcomed and as Ranger!
