Really impressed with this dealership! We had been searching for a new or used Chevy Suburban, but they had become difficult to find, especially with the features we were looking for. Our neighbor Jim searching for a new or used Chevy Suburban, but they had become difficult to find, especially with the features we were looking for. Our neighbor Jim Gerritsen works for Maplewood Toyota, so we took a look to see if they had any used ones on their website. They did! We called him up and made sure it was still available and told him we would be right over. Jim out us in touch with a great sales guy, Greg Gustafson, and they had the Suburban out front waiting for us, which was incredibly nice, especially as it seemed they were noticeably busy. We took it for a test drive and it was exactly what we had been searching for! We came back and they had offered us a reasonable price and that was it! Greg walked us through the whole purchase process and took care of everything. We had a 40 min wait to get into the finance office because it was so busy, but they continuously updated us as we waited. Every staff member we encountered was very nice and on top of everything. Very pleased and happy with our purchase! More

Worst Customer Service I have ever received in my life The people at Maplewood Toyota are extraordinary unhelpful and treat their customers with absolute contempt, it's like once you buy the car, they've g The people at Maplewood Toyota are extraordinary unhelpful and treat their customers with absolute contempt, it's like once you buy the car, they've got your money and no longer care enough to even pick up the phone and answer a simple question. They're a group who's incompetence is matched only by their spite towards their customers. I would never recommend Maplewood Toyota to anyone. If you're even thinking about going there, don't. Try any other Toyota Dealership and you'll be ten times happier. I had attempted to do a lease buy-out in November 2019, but was unable to obtain the assistance of Maplewood Toyota's Finance Department. At that time, I found it nearly impossible to get anyone from Finance on the phone. If you call the Maplewood Toyota general number for sales or service, and ask for Finance, you get transferred to another person. At that point, I request to speak to someone in finance, and I am placed on hold. No one from Finance ever picks up the phone, though other departments pick up the phone every few minutes to ask what I need, and I request to speak to someone in finance, only to be placed back on hold. This goes on forever. Today I was on hold for 28 minutes and never was able to speak to someone in Finance, and the only way I could get anyone from Finance on the phone last fall was to contact a Manager and request they put me in touch with someone in that mysterious department. This was the worst customer service I have ever had. I would think the role of the deanship is to assist customers in buying out their lease, but apparently since I am not borrowing from Toyota Finance, I am not important enough to get any assistance from Maplewood Toyota. Since my terrible service experience with attempting the lease buy out in November, and a repeat of the inability to get anyone at Maplewood Toyota to pick up the phone, I have been getting my vehicle serviced at another Toyota Dealership who's Customer Service has been consistently excellent. I contacted them today after the endless hold with Maplewood Toyota and was immediately able to get assistance with my lease buy out from their finance department. Maplewood Toyota should be shut down and driven out of business as soon as possible. Go anywhere else, but you'll be sorry if you make the mistake of working with these clowns. More
