After writing my truck off in January I had no idea where to start looking for a new vehicle. She worked around my schedule and also helped me navigate through my insurance claim - again, going above and beyond what I had expected. It was definitely worth the drive down to Red Deer for a test drive; not only to give the truck a once over but meet Crystyne and Jesse face to face. Bought a car January this year. It is a convertible so didn’t have the top down. When I put it down I found the left flap was missing. I called and told Chris he basically said it It is a convertible so didn’t have the top down. When I put it down I found the left flap was missing. I called and told Chris he basically said it wasn’t like that when it left their shop, he was calling me a liar. I found the flap and broken listers plate holder behind the drivers seat. Conveniently in their ads showing the top down it was never the angle showing the missing piece. Chris also promised to send me the accident report the car had experienced again nothing in fact they ghost me. Shame on them. They make promises to make a sell then don’t follow. Think twice dealing with this company. More
