The entire deal from start to finish was completed in an hour and half which is unheard of at most other dealerships. Jared was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend going to see him if you’re in the market for a VW. A huge shout out to Jeremy for being the best GM we have ever done business with! My son purchased a vehicle from a friend, which set about a cascade of issues. I didn't feel the very high mileage car was safe, and wanted a competent review to confirm my suspicions. I had my son bring the car to VW of Chattanooga, and they accurately confirmed my assessment of the car. They didn't even charge me for the safety review and provided direct evidence the vehicle could not be effectively repaired. Within an hour, our issues were solved. We had a zero pressure experience reviewing multiple vehicles. Our salesperson was outstanding and extremely empathetic to our situation. We found a 2014 CC in excellent condition. VW of Chattanooga provides every piece of information a buyer needs, from the vehicle's history to their own service records. After test driving a few vehicles and taking a great deal of the salesperson's time, we chose the CC and began the paperwork process. We were funded in minutes and the finance process was remarkably pleasant. I had just purchased a vehicle for myself a week prior in Atlanta, and the process at VW of Chattanooga was far more enjoyable. Bottom Line? Ten stars out of five. They even took the junk car on trade, helping my son recoup some of his ill-conceived investment. They most certainly did not have to do that. This is a great dealership which knows their brand, meets customer situations with ease and sent my son away in a safe, affordable vehicle. This family is thrilled. More

He listened to me about my experience ,apologized for the staff and had me talk with Charolene to make things right. Let me just say this woman is Amazing and may be the very best asset Village Volkswagen has ! She arranged for my car to be picked up at my job,brought me a loaner, fixed all recalls , and had it detailed. She also stayed in communication with me about everything they was doing to my car.After everything was finished my car was delivered with a full tank of gas.These staff members were Amazing and treated me with nothing but respect as if I had made a $40,000 purchase from their company and they appreciated me !
