My service advisor, Jennifer Peaker, sat with me to discuss the issues I was having with my vehicle and came up with an in depth plan of action. Not only explaining what should be done, but also why and how they would correct my vehicles issues. She never made me feel like I was being rushed or up-sold on anything. As a woman who doesn't know very much about cars, I was often reliant on other peoples advice or turning to the internet to try to compare prices, but they put me at ease with their knowledge of service and didn't leave me feeling as though I had been ripped off. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for peace of mind when having services done. You're vehicle is in great hands. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from them as well. More

Special praise for my sales consultant Beverly Watt. She listened to my "wants and needs" and offered good choices, all within my parameters. After my choice was made, a 2018 used Chevy Cruze, she arranged the final steps of financing and insurance and together, we went over the features of the car and all the new gadgets not available on my previous cars. I picked up my new car two days later, and she was on time and ready for our appointment. Went very smoothly and once again, we went over the workings of the car and she helped me set up the confusing links to my phone and also On Star service. A well organized, informative, friendly and professional environment from Budds" and I very much appreciated all the help and of course, my great new car. More
