When looking for a new vehicle last fall our sales rep Tony Yang made sure the vehicles we were interested in were ready to go for a test drive when we arrived. Everything went smoothly during the purchase, including the appraisal of our trade in. More

I recently took delivery of my new 2024 Mercedes GLC 43 SUV from MB London. My 15th MB and 8th AMG from this dealership. As before, a very satisfying and enjoyable experience. I would like to again give a big shout out to my sales associate Tony Yang for helping to make the purchase rewarding. Tony is very down to earth, friendly, approachable, and even more importantly, extremely good at his job. He is very knowledgeable about all things MB, particularly the AMG product line. As well, his detailed explanation of the vehicles features at time of delivery is second to none. I highly recommend Tony if you have a Mercedes in mind. He will look after you well. I bought my latest GLB250 from this London dealership, where I've been served very, very well by their service manager, Marcus. who strongly referred Mike Robinson, a thorough gentleman who was very know where I've been served very, very well by their service manager, Marcus. who strongly referred Mike Robinson, a thorough gentleman who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Being a mechanical engineer, a mechanic and motorcyclist for over 60 years and having owned similar MB products for over 19 years, I only had TOUGH questions for Mike. He answered every one, patiently. The entire experience was smooth. Quick response time & always willing to help. We would definitely purchase another Mercedes through Mike. It was great in every respect .... the only bad thing I can say about Mike is that every now and then he wastes several hours wandering around, hitting a small ball, then walking for miles looking for it, finding it and then again hitting it all over the golf course.
