I would recommend this dealership and will use it again for service. I like the free lifetime oil change and I like the way the service department keeps track of when I need maintenance service and notifie for service. I don't like how long I had to wait to get a service appointment (over a week) and I don't like how long I have to wait for my car to get worked on when I have a scheduled appointment (2 hours) especially when it was a very simple, basic service that should have taken no more than 30 minutes. I was charged for service I did not authorize. I ordered parts which I was picking up to install myself. When I picked up my car I was told you had installed the parts and charged me $40.00 for th I ordered parts which I was picking up to install myself. When I picked up my car I was told you had installed the parts and charged me $40.00 for the installation. My car came in for a recall and that was all you were supposed to do was to take care of the recall issue. More

This newly remodeled dealership and service center is quick to sell you a car with service agreement. However service center quite possibly worst ever. Service center has gone through multiple managers , quick to sell you a car with service agreement. However service center quite possibly worst ever. Service center has gone through multiple managers , customer service reps will lie repeatedly about times and service done, try and be your best buddy and “hook you up” . technicians are incompetent and don’t care about their work. On the outside they look like a professional dealership but fail over and over again with their customers. You would think having purchased a vehicle from them they would try and take care of you!? Not here you are a low number at best. They advertise customer service is priority while lying and smiling right to your face. I wish this was isolated incident but from the first time I brought car in they lie. Im stuck with overpriced service agreement and forced to get my Maintenance there. 8 years and 225000 miles later still can’t get it right. I’ve even started going elsewhere and paying for service I’ve already paid for just to get job done correctly. Do yourself a favor run away as fast as possible.
