I recently just bought my first car from Ford. I got a 2010 honda insight hybrid. He spent the time with me to understand what I wanted and needed for my life style. throw the hole time of looking he would call me and tell me what he had found for me to come check out and to see if I liked it. Once I got the insight I was happy but Nathan didn't stop there. Nathan kept calling to check up on how I liked the insight which was nice it meant I was not just a sale. So I would like to say a big Thank you to Nathan Nathan is not the only one that made my experience amazing at Ford I have to give a thank you to Adam he is the one that was there to show me the cars when Nathan was busy and he was not hesitant to help me once I came throw the door. So thank you Adam it is nice to have help right as you walk throw the door. And finally I got to make a shout out to Jeff I Had come a week after buying my car with a problem and what does he do? He took the problem into his own hands and fix it right there and then. best service and on the spot at that. Thank you Jeff. More

I first responded to an email off auto trader. Had a response the next day. Unlike some dealers. Jamie answered my questions and booked me a time to comme look at the car. Overall our experience was very good. The detailing that was completed on our new vehicle was of a lesser quality than we expected and had received in the past. We don't really feel we were able to receive full value for our trade in however we were limited by time to visit other lots. I would have liked to be shown how to use the automatic door locks but after t for our trade in however we were limited by time to visit other lots. For example, we went to get car insurance transfered and we didn't have all the required forms from the car lot. We then had to wait at SGI office while they were faxed over - just added to feeling a little rushed away once sale was complete. Overall the sales experience was ok. Thank you for following up. They didn't pressure us, They answered all our questions and they were to the point with all our concerns. We came to an agreement that we thought was very fare and more than compatible with their competitors. I would strongly recommend Craig Livingston and Capitol Ford Lincoln to any one of our friends.
