This dealership is so friendly and courteous, and gives great service. I had my 7 series serviced there today and as usual they treated me like family. Very impressed how the staff remembers my name and ar great service. I had my 7 series serviced there today and as usual they treated me like family. Very impressed how the staff remembers my name and are so polite when addressing concerns. The service manager (Jeff) always goes out of his way to make sure everything is completed in a timely fashion as I often wait during service appointments. Great customer care and I highly recommend them for sales and service. We have purchased two new cars from this dealership and will continue to do business with them. More

Good service but very slow. Drop my car off at 7:30. Didn’t get it back till 6 o’clock. That night service is free because it was under warranty but they charge $86 for wipers. I had my bmw battery replaced and oil changed after a long trip. Andrew took a very good care of my car, tire was aired and car was cleaned. I did not use the loaner car this time. Jose, a college marketing student trainee at bmw gave me a ride and picked me up w a brand new M7 to the nearby mall for shopping. Lorrie squeezed me in for the last minute appointment, Christ greeted me as a long time friend. What a treat from Bridgewater BMW! Thanks as always to Gailon and Mike for supporting!!! More
