I am from out of town and think the service group just simply doesn't get it if your from out of town they shouldn't tell you to bring your car in at 8am and make you sit in the waiting room for 4hrs before taking your car in for service. I think Capitol has a very poor service department, the sales staff are the only reason I still go back. More

The first two trucks were brand new but this time we wanted something used but in excellent condition. We found a used truck on the Capital Web site, that we had a great interest in. We contacted Jay Paull , and made arrangements to view the truck the following day. We were introduced to Jordan Desroches by Jay. When we arrived at Capital, Jordan was waiting for us to test drive the truck we had shown interest in, as well as another truck. Dealing with Jordan was a pleasure, he is very knowledgeable and had a great deal of patience dealing with us since we are a very picky couple as we know what we want. We then had Jessica Peppler to handle the paper work, she is a pleasure to deal with , and very much to the point, which we appreciate. When we arrived the following week to pick up our truck as we had a few things customized to it , we had a very wonderful surprise as we thought we wouldn't have the new wheels and tires on it as they were a special order, but there sat our truck with everything done and then some.
