Excellent service from all Team Members I liked that the Sales Team took time to tell me about price promotions on different models (2017/2018). If they didn't tell me about the price incent I liked that the Sales Team took time to tell me about price promotions on different models (2017/2018). If they didn't tell me about the price incentives on the left over 2017 models, I probably wouldn't of bought when we did.I was totally thinking of a different model, and waiting until Spring 2018 to buy something. Exceptional service from Kien To in Finance - very informative about the the different finance options available, but what we really found is that he took the time to explain in detail the extended warranties available and all options. He ensured that we totally understood the pros and cons and made our vehicle purchase a lot easier. We have visited Capital GMC Buick Cadillac over a number of years and Jay Paull always ensures that he stop and visit with us - treats you like family which is why some of my family members refuse to buy from anywhere else. Couldn't have been a better experience!!!! I recently bought a 17 GMC Sierra All-Terrain X. I arrived at the dealership not exactly sure what I wanted to look at. Anand Sakkai asked me a few question to try and narrow it down then we started looking at different trucks. No matter how many times I changed my mind he was willing to help me along the way. Drove a couple different trucks, and looked at a lot more, all the time answering all my questions. If he didn't know the answer he found it out!! Jay Paull ran the numbers and gave me a great value on my trade-in. He made sure I knew exactly what the numbers would be. Kevin Gatschene made the final process painless and fast. He explained all the terms and gave me different options to choose from. All in all the experience was great. No one was pushy. Everyone I dealt with made sure I was happy and informed.
