I leased Santa Cruz from Jay. Jay was helpful to looked for my new vehicle. Jay sent me the financial dept. to process the payment options but they aren't very helpful and Clint w Jay was helpful to looked for my new vehicle. Jay sent me the financial dept. to process the payment options but they aren't very helpful and Clint was hurry to take his personal call when I was at his office on Friday. I asked Jay that I want to be deal with other financial person but other guy didn't explan the lease option and fee etc.. from my questions. When I picked up my vehicle , the lease payment was increased slightly on the lease agreement without notice. Overall I am not sure to recommend to my friends in dealership. More
