Walking in there with a winter coat on I felt the need to tuck everything in tight for fear of scratching a car as I tried to maneuvre my way to the sales desk - so many cars packed in there that you can't comfortably browse or admire. The music was so loud I could barely hear anything being said to me on the showroom floor. And, while I was a little early for my appointment, and you can't control how long other people take, the wait for my salesman was longer than it should have been. (I was on the verge of approaching someone else to help me when Jason finally got to me.) Initially the raport was very positive: Jason was up front about the work that was going to be needed on the truck I was looking at, and seemed to accept it when I told him I would not be walking away with a vehicle that day. However, as our appointment progressed he started leaning for a commitment to purchase. Instant turn-off, and another strike against this dealership. More
