A few weeks ago I bought a used car from DeMarko at Mark Kia. Unfortunately I couldn’t drive off with it because it had to be inspected but DeMarko was awesome with keeping me updated on the status and chec Kia. He had all the answers to all of my weird questions and knew EVERYTHING about my new top of the line Sorento! David and Max made sure I knew all of my options with down payments, financing, leasing, interest, and everything in between. They were very thorough with all of my options and made sure I was fully understanding everything stated. I never once felt pressure to leave with a car right then and there, but once I drove all the cars, and knew all the things about the cars, I couldn't pass it up. Forget the great customer service, YOU NEED A NEW KIA SORENTO X LINE. Once I committed to my dream car Maricella in Finance had me in and out in what I feel like, was record time. They also give you a flash drive with all of your car records on it instead of printing out a million papers that you'll shove in a drawer at home, and that was so amazing to me.
