I had scheduled an appointment to look at a RAV4, and although it unfortunately sold before my appointment Shawn had another very similar car ready to show me. He was very knowledgeable on all the features of the car, and was sure to keep us laughing and happy throughout the appointment. My RAV4 looked incredible upon delivery, great job to the whole team! I also had a chance to work with Janine in financing and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with the services and additional options offered by Toyota. I will absolutely recommend Shawn to any family and friends looking to buy a car, and am sure I'll return in the future. More

Another Wonderful experience at Toyota Town I went to the dealership after receiving a letter in the mail and after working with William Chan to determine my needs I came out with a 2017 Tacoma. I went to the dealership after receiving a letter in the mail and after working with William Chan to determine my needs I came out with a 2017 Tacoma. Will was very patient and willing to allow us to test drive multiple models until we found what suited us best. Great sales person even though he is new to Toyota town I would recommend to request Will if going into this dealership. More

EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS We have two Toyota vehicles, both are serviced by Toyota Town and earlier this year we decided it was time to replace our Sienna. Before I buy a vehic We have two Toyota vehicles, both are serviced by Toyota Town and earlier this year we decided it was time to replace our Sienna. Before I buy a vehicle I do lots of research to see what the experts and the average person say about the vehicles that I am considering, and then I usually visit a few dealerships to look over the vehicles and ask questions. After checking out a couple other dealerships I went to Toyota Town where I was introduced to Kevin Swan. Kevin sat down with me and we talked about what I was looking for in a vehicle and he asked lots of questions and he showed me several new vehicles that I was interested in and answered all my questions. I returned a few days later with my wife and we test drove a vehicle that we liked but we found the back seat of the vehicle we test drove was just a bit small to fit our three grown daughters. I had mentioned to Kevin in our first meeting that we kept our Toyota's for a long time so Kevin asked if we would be interested in a slightly used Highlander with low mileage that had been sold and serviced by Toyota Town. We were interested but I was concerned that the 2013 Highlander Limited might be priced over our budget. Kevin showed us the vehicle and we took it for a ride and we were hooked. We worked out a deal that was within our budget and Kevin assured us that after Toyota Town's Detailers were finished with it, the vehicle would look like new. I arrived to pick-up the vehicle a few days later and the vehicle was out front, full of fuel, shining from top to bottom and spotless inside and out. It is so refreshing to have a dealership care enough about customer service to go above and beyond what even I expected. In the end we spent less money than we planned and got a vehicle that better suited our needs. We look forward to many years with the Highlander Limited and we are very grateful for the wonderful purchasing experience provided by Kevin and the Toyota Town team. Chris C, London Ontario More

Best car buying experience ever! I having been dealing exclusively with ToyotaTown since 1989 and I have always been treated with the utmost care, concern and professionalism. Before I having been dealing exclusively with ToyotaTown since 1989 and I have always been treated with the utmost care, concern and professionalism. Before ToyotaTown I had dealt with an assortment of dealers, but once I discovered ToyotaTown I never wanted to go anywhere else. I just purchased a C-HR which has many unfamiliar features. My salesman, Sean O Grady, was so helpful explaining all the new bells and whistles with great patience--exactly what I needed! Thanks to all the good folks there. More

He was very informative, knowledgeable, caring, and considerate. I never felt pressured to purchase the vehicle off of him and he kept me informed on the status of the Tacoma from the building stage right up to the delivery, and Toyota Town got all my accessories installed on time regardless of one of them being on backorder!!! Thanks David High and Toyota Town for a wonderful experience!!! More
