Georgie was very friendly and approachable with questions. We didn't feel rushed or belittled and he acknowledged questions or concerns that we had. He made the experience personal and not only remembered our names (the adults) but also of our 11-yr old son who was with us, and he also spoke directly to him. He kept his word. When he promised to have them look at scratches, etc... it was all done. More

He had be recommended to us from a friend who also purchased a vehicle through Baz and we would highly recommend him as well. Also when he was busy with someone else he made sure that we were taken care of., Gwen assisted us with a test drive of the new 2019 Rav 4. Thank you to both Baz and Gwen for making our Toyota experience a very warm and welcome one. Thus today we now own a beautiful 2019 Rav 4 with also the help of Janine in the finance department. She is truly meant to be in that position as with Baz and Gwen More

I am very satisfied, the whole process of viewing several vehicles until deciding what to do was painless, Frank was very informative understanding and accommodating, then going through the purchasing and financing process was a great experience, Janine Feenstra was amazing too, at no moment I felt pressure to select this or that vehicle or option, instead I was presented with a lot of information and my questions were well answered. I will certainly recommend this dealer, Frank and Janine, to my relatives and friends and anyone else who's in the market for a new great Toyota vehicle. More

I was It was time for a new vehicle so we decided to look at Toyota Town in London. The sales person we picked was Shawn Longworth...SO GLAD WE DID! I was really apprehensive of taking this step, but Shawn made me feel so comfortable that I quickly forgot to be nervous. He wasn't pushy, he was knowlegable and his humor made it easy to enjoy the process.Any questions we had were answered 100%. When we picked up our Rav 4, Shawn took the time to go over all of the options and even set them up for me ahead of time. We definetly will be repeat customers if Shawn is our sales person. We had a positive experience with everyone at Toyota Town. Thank you Shawn! More
