When we decided to switch from the Prius [which we have found to be entirely satisfactory but needed a larger vehicle] and move to the RAV4 Hybrid, there was no question in our minds that we would again buy our Toyota from Baz Afara. Baz is an outstanding professional and we can say unequivocally that he puts the customers’ needs and preferences front and centre in his sales practice. Toyota Town itself has a very pleasant showroom. We have found all staff to be helpful and professional. We had a particularly positive experience too with Janine Feenstra, the Financial Services Manager we dealt with. We would not hesitate to return to Toyota Town for our future motor car needs. More

Shawn was knowledgable about the new model year and he presented what I thought was a fair deal for the purchase. Shawn had cautioned me that it may take 2 to 3 months before my order is ready due to back log at factory. In fact it took just over 7 months before my order was ready! Not a fault of Shawn, just a fault of picking a very popular model with lots of demand. Due to the long delay my order was actually changed to a 2020 model year and I found the dealership to be very fair on the revised offer (due to the model year change). More
