I am a loyal Subaru customer since 1995 when I got my first just before graduating from professional school. Every time I have gone to buy a new car (its only been 3 in 29 years, lol), Subaru always com first just before graduating from professional school. Every time I have gone to buy a new car (its only been 3 in 29 years, lol), Subaru always comes out on top, whether its new or used, and for every reason. This time, salesperson Kevin McDougal substituted for Jack and he was every bit as easy and informative and supportive as Jack was on my last purchase. He was outstanding. I have also used the service department for all my cars. They do a standup job as well, no matter who I am working with. I am so grateful to know I will always be taken care of like a VIP at Tucson Subaru. I do love Tucson Subaru and would give 10 stars if that was possible! More

Dealership is excellent, but the secret to the sauce is the employees. Their professionalism and individual aproach to each client and each sale to make sure everyone goes home happy is the biggest thing t the employees. I never had so much trouble buying a vehicle and paying Cash. The sales manager wanted to run my credit and I didn't want a hit on my credit because I am looking for a house. First he told me they could ru Cash. The sales manager wanted to run my credit and I didn't want a hit on my credit because I am looking for a house. First he told me they could run my credit and take a check or bring in CASH. I said I'll bring a bank check and hold the vehicle until the check clears. That wasn't expectable they wanted me to wire the money. Then I was given the wrong routing number. Finaly, they took a bank check. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because of my sales associate Jack McVey, he was friendly, professional and a true gentleman though out this whole fiasco. Good job Jack More
