Buying out my lease would have been much more pleasant if I wasn’t constantly being asked/persuaded to also purchase an $8500 warranty that cost them 1/10 of that . Real turn off. Also when I called “finance” it rolled to a sales person who identified himself as being in finance. Less smoke and mirrors- I appreciate transparency not sleazy used car salesman tactics. i used to work for Toyota - nice try but very distasteful. More
