I have been very pleased with the service at Cobb County Toyota who I have dealt with exclusively (For my Toyotas), since 1989, in the past, including the service provided by Mr. Cooper. This last experience was a disappointment, and a negative impact to my opinion of Cobb County Toyota's service. The time I waited to have tires mounted (Four hours), the fact that I had asked for five tires, yet only four were available at my scheduled appointment, the not being told what was happening, or not being notified (As I was told I would be!), when the fifth tire was available, all contributed to my attitude. More

I’ve had this SUV for two years and 35k miles now. I took it for service at 10k and complained about rear hatch struts jumping when opening. And took in again yesterday at 35k miles for same thing. Each time they say they can’t duplicate even though the service man checking me in saw it. Each time I leave it starts again next day. I think they just wipe oil on it so they can say it won’t duplicate. As my warranty is just about to expire I told the rep that I want it on record again that it’s making noise and don’t want them to tell me after warranty expires I need to buy new struts. He just looked at me and said I must have hit it with something. He wouldn’t acknowledge and put on record basically saying here’s your keys. Very frustrating they can’t just fix the problem instead of masking it. And yes it’s making the noise and jumping today, one day after I left service. More
