From the front desk right to sales, and service, this team makes anyone comfortable. Shane Marion works hard to ensure your satisfaction in the service department. He is very respectful and always ready to listen and help with any concerns. Shane and his team have worked on my cars since my first brand new purchase in 2016. With his personal touch and expertise, my jeep receives excellent service and attention. I was warmly invited into Yousaf Jamshed's office yesterday to complete the finance step of securing my jeep. He was very professional and definitely knows his business. He went through all I needed to do timely, courteously and very welcoming. I'm almost certain that Team Chrysler is made up of great professionals like these and I want to recommend this team to anyone who might be searching for great service. They had in place good Covid- After a lot of searching, I found the car I was looking for on the TeamChrysler.ca website, and I arranged to view it. They had in place good Covid-19 rules, arrival checks, distancing and sanitisation of the cars, all which made me feel safe. When I viewed the vehicle, it is was better than I expected and wasted no time and secured the purchase of the car there and then. Buying a vehicle can be a daunting experience at the best of times, for me, it was more stressful as I am new to the country, so I did not know the process. Luckily Ishwar and the Chrysler Team helped me every step of the way, and they even managed to secure a loan enabling me to start building credit. I am extremely happy with the car, it is the perfect vehicle and has allowed me to start this exciting new venture of making Canada my new home. More
