Dishonest, bad business practice. I went there for oil change and battery replacement. On the receipt, it shows my car drove in as 58.077 miles, it went up to 63,347 miles after the o I went there for oil change and battery replacement. They didn’t replace my bad battery as requested, instead they did the unnecessary repairs. Obviously, they didn’t actually perform the multi-point inspection as they’d promised, otherwise the battery would’ve not passed the test. 2 other auto shops had told me my batter was bad, didn’t pass test at all! In the past, I went to Freeman Toyota for some years, used to be good, but not anymore. More
