After I had the truck for a month, there was a problem with it, so I called Wheaton about it. They fixed the problem and didn't charge me for labour costs at all! Plus, they also gave me a FREE loaner vehicle for over a week while my truck was in the shop. This is a dealership you can trust. Free Oil Change Plan, NOT FREE in the end I had an excellent buying experience with Honda. However, when I went for my first FREE oil change (which was part of my buying decision) I found out I had an excellent buying experience with Honda. However, when I went for my first FREE oil change (which was part of my buying decision) I found out it was only valid if I paid for their service schedule plan (or what ever it is called) else my FREE oil changes would be void. So in short, $230 oil change (or inspection/maintenance needed to receive free oil change) that I could have did at Toyota for less than $100. I feel like an idiot for thinking something like this would be free. Moreover, I felt sorry for the service staff who had too stand their with their heads hanging low when I complained (clearly not the first time someone did not read the 'fine print')...and I should apologize to them, it is not their fault. More

Ian Rae and his team are a pleasure to deal with. Half a year later I got a nail in my winter tire and had some windshield issues. Ian told me to drop the car off saying “I want you to be happy with your purchase”. Day later Aaron Stachinw gave me a call to confirm my arrival time and to make sure the car is heated. Once again on my pick up day the car was fully cleaned and was shining like new with no extra cost - all issues eliminated. Good people are so hard to find. Their professionalism impressed myself and many people around me. Edmonton BMW is too far behind to even compare. More
