6/10/2024 - Hit a snag! My new car has an issue and the dealership won't/can't resolve it. I will edit again as needed as BMW Corporate should follow up in 3 days. The people at this dealership are the nicest and most professional staff that I ever encountered and we have shopped for and purchased many vehicles. Roman Scott and Heather Lublink are an absolute pleasure both professionally and personally. Devon knew every feature and explained everything at delivery. The finance manager was very efficient and clear throughout the process. We are not easy customers, but they satisfied our every need. More

Anyone who says that buying a car is a painful experience has never been to BMW of Crystal Lake and had the team of professionals that we had when we ordered and picked up our new BMW M340i xDrive on October has never been to BMW of Crystal Lake and had the team of professionals that we had when we ordered and picked up our new BMW M340i xDrive on October 3, 2023. Michelle Canova, our sales representative, is a total professional and helped us through not only the acquisition of this car, but also the BMW M440i that we picked up in January. She and the entire team worked to make sure that we were totally satisfied with our purchase and made the experience an exciting EVENT.
