Attentive, Congenial, Informative We (my husband especially) visited several dealerships over a six month period, studied numerous car journals, and are members of Consumer Reports. W We (my husband especially) visited several dealerships over a six month period, studied numerous car journals, and are members of Consumer Reports. We polled our friends about their experiences and had always heard good things about Toyotatown in London. My husband talked with at least three product advisors (salespeople) at Toyotatown, went on a couple of test drives and spent a considerable amount of time with Geordie. My husband had occasion to ask questions over the phone as well. We were impressed with the manner and decorum as well as the knowledge and willingness to get the info if it wasn't readily available. We would very favorably recommend Toyotatown to friends and family. As a matter of fact, one of our family members kept encouraging us to visit there since he was so very satisfied with his experience leasing/buying his Tundra there. More

Awesome I was in for a regular service, which for me happens every couple of months! I drive 60,000 km a year so knowing they are going to look after my vehic I was in for a regular service, which for me happens every couple of months! I drive 60,000 km a year so knowing they are going to look after my vehicle while I am here is important. Nothing is ever replaced on my RAV without talking to me first, the communication with the service ten is amazing. As usual, the service I received was top notch! More
